Project life cycle
The team of marketing and sales experts, graphic designers and programmers works on implementation of every new project. Thanks to their professional knowledge, creativity and involvement, we are able to create the project that meets the expectations of even the most demanding customers.
1
Defining project
The first stage takes place before signing the contract. It includes the examination of customer's needs, of his marketing actions as well as of his current customers. During this stage, the broad outline and the functionalities are created. As a result, the cost and the time of project deployment are estimated and technical specification is created.
After the customer's approval and the validation of the documents, the contract may be signed. The day after the first payment (30-50 % of the price net for completion), the project is started. The second payment is required before deployment of the software to the destination server. If the project is larger and more complex, the contract may be signed after the first step.

Structure planning and website creation.
The second step is a telephone contact with the customer in order to establish the layout of the website, the categories, the interface of the homepage, the product sheet and advertising elements adequate to the functionalities defined in the previous step. This structure should ensure user-friendly administration and its legibility.
3
Visualization, and graphic project
In the next step, the idea of graphic project is developed. Our experts use new technologies in order to select suitable style and layout colour compatible with the customer's image. Thus, the broad outline of the layout is defined and introduced to the customer who may express his opinion and suggest possible changes.
4
Constructional works
After acceptance of the graphic project by the customer, our team of programmers optimizes its publishing needs in the Internet and prepare html - preliminary template, as well as statistic websites. What is more, the experts work on the management of the website and administration panel, using original EPRO software according to characteristics of the project.
Constructional works also include the implementation of functionalities corresponding to established specification. In the final phase of this stage, the project can be deployed.
