  • the choice of the target projects (making corrections to the project) - 7 working days,

»Do I have to pay for everything in advance or can I pay in installments?

We do not sell on hire purchase, however, software design proceeds in some payment-related steps:

  • First instalment ? on the signing the agreement for software desig,
  • Second instalment ? before software testing,
  • Third instalment ? before implementation onto the target server of the client.
»How long does it take to prepare dedicated eproSHOP software design?

The process of software design is usually completed within 21 working days depending on the advancement of the system. The design process takes place in two stages: image creation and visual and functional shop design together with implementation.

»When do I have to pay for the dedicated eproSHOP software design?
In case of the advanced projects, their costs may be spread out in some installments. The last payment should be made after system testing (testing by client, making possible corrections and suggestions).
»Do I have the influence on the e-shop design?

Yes. We carry out the graphic projects taking into account guidelines of the client who accepts the final image of the shop. Graphic projects are modified till getting complete satisfaction by the client.

How to improve my online shop?

»What should I do when my shop does not work properly and I can not identify the cause?
